Last year the catchment widened significantly, the last few people to get in on the waiting list were up as far as marmora road. (Forest Hill Road end), possibly further. I would say it was likely that you would get in from a house of that distance on offers day and if not, on the waiting list, but of course nothing is guaranteed, good luck with whatever you decide X -

This is a bugbear of mine too. I especially dislike unsolicited mail that is partially stuffed through the letterbox, leaving the letterbox open. It advertises no one is in and also lets heat escape. -
