Repair replace broken/ rusted window locks.

I have difficulty using these window locks. I’ve tried WD 40 but I think they are too rusty now and replacing.

Happy to help if you like - i'm a local handyman & work for a housing association replacing dozens of these each year. 

It might be possible to repair them but honestly for the cost of buying new ones you may as well do that and have peace of mind in being future proofed.
