St. John's and st Clements catchment for church places

Can anyone tell me what the furthest distance offered for the church places at St. John's and St Clements school has been for the last couple of years? Can't find this info anywhere but maybe I've not looked at the right place yet.

When we got our church place for 2012, St. John's had to be our closest c of e school, so that put a limit on where/how far away we could be. For a St. John's church reference, we also had to live within their parish boundary (although I don't know if other churches have such a proviso). This may have changed since then, though, best to check with school.
