does anyone have the right equipment to cut a rabbits nails?

lastnight two rabbits were brought to me and there nails are very long and one of the rabbits has a huge mat of fur under its bum which needs cutting

please if u are experienced with rabbits and would clip there nails and help with the mat of fur pm me asap

If the rabbits are in that state, it sounds like they have been neglected and might have other problems.
