Location is east dulwich se22
Daylight viewings from late feb onwards.
Collection in mid March 2026.

Heavy duty hardwood construction.
Includes
 a fort,
a slide,
Various steps,
ramps,
ropes, walkways and bridges,
 fireman poles,
monkey bars, etc.

Each part of this is heavy. This is commercial quality, previously used in a local school. Its not like the lightweight  sets sold in argos.

You will need a large van and at least four strong people. you will need to get it up out of the ground and you will need to partly dismantle it for transport

You will need a big space to rebuild it. It covers about 4m x 5m, depending how you configure it. Or you could set it up to be long and thin instead, e.g. 2m x 9m.

We have had it for about 15 years. Its a great set of equipment. Our kids and neighbours kids had lots of fun on it.

It now needs a new home, and a good pressure-wash. In places it needs a bit of sanding and repainting, and maybe some new bits of wood in places. Its is good quality hardwood, so with a bit of TLC it will last another 30 years.

Once you rebuild it, You will need to check it all thoroughly to ensure it is safe to use.

This is not first-come first-served. I will give it to the person who has the most sensible plan for removing and transporting it. Please let me know in your response when you would like to come to view it (daylight only).

Photo limits on this site mean i cannot show whole thing.

    • Ah that was it.... When you realise politicians are only ever in it for themselves then everything starts to make sense.
    • Yup. Student politics. https://bright-green.org/2012/04/09/democracy-and-direct-action-an-interview-with-edinburgh-universitys-new-student-president-james-mcash/
    • I wonder whether his political epiphany and renaissance will stretch to him using his real name - James Ashworth-McLintock - rather than the more proletarian 'McAsh'. To my mind, the only people who should have self-bestowed mononyms are very talented Brazilian footballers - Pele, Kaka, Ronaldinho - very talented female pop icons - Madonna, Shakira, Sonia - or Russian revolutionaries - Lenin, Stalin, Trotsky. Sonia's greatest hits compilation, 'Greatest Hits', is out now on vinyl & CD through PWL Recordings.
    • Probably more helpful to ask simply whether McCash was affiliated with the Greens before becoming a Labour councillor. Trying to explain your thought process and unravel your fevered imagination (particularly when it comes to local politica) is the kind of thing that might require several years of psychoanalysis.
