Handyperson required in Sydenham SE26

I have three issues I need to resolve:

- flat surface behind bath taps needs repairing to restore watertightness, with the surface made good. (I think structurally there's a flat wooden board there covered with plaster, connecting the end of the bath to the wall, but water has gotten through and damaged it so this likely needs replacing.)
- re-caulking around the bathtub, and repairing/making good minor water damage to the adjacent plaster, and re-sealing the walls
- Paint/plaster has peeled from one section of kitchen ceiling (due to a water leak a few years ago) - no ongoing damage or further leaks since then, it's just unsightly and just needs repairing!

I also want, in the future, to tile the bathroom to ward off future water damage, so once these repairs are done I'll be looking for a separate quote for labour costs to help with this. (These will be separate jobs as I still need to choose the tiles I want!)
