barry_hopkins Posted October 17, 2013 Share Posted October 17, 2013 Ok judging by your angry phone call to myself I would say that you do not have the PCO licence, so therefore you are not a registered cab driver, this meaning that you are not legally allowed to carry passengers and are therefore committing an offence.
