Hello,

I'm looking for a Saturday morning football session, preferable in Dulwich Park for my nearly 4 yr old. I've seen so many but am wondering who runs them? I'm particularly interested in drop-in sessions and those particularly for you get ones. There's one near the playground at 9.30ish that seems to fit this - does anyone know anything about it?

Many thanks!

I do. My son has been playing with this group since he was 4, he is now playing at 1030 with the older kids. Just turn up at 930 and speak to Dave who runs it. I think he calls it Little Kickers or something like that. Your son will be able to start immediately. Dave is brilliant with the kids, especially the young ones, they all love him. Highly recommend it.

In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal. Annoying as it must have been to be distracted from other important duties, I really value and appreciate them looking out for the kids. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/school-wars-trend-red-blue-london-police-latest-142328025.html https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/jan/01/birmingham-new-year-fireworks-display-centenary-square-police
