mamika
I am self employed and file my accounts online (without using HMRC software). For the first time ever, I have made an offer on the property yesterday (still can't believe it). However, started the process and one of the first hurdles is sa302 which is required before we can progress with the application with L&C. HMRC ca do this only in two weeks which is going to be way too long as estate agency wants to get valuation booked. Is there a way I can print this online. Do I really have to wait for two weeks? Any advise, much appreciated. beeandson
I have been told (yesterday in fact, by a broker) that you can ask them to fax it to youNot sure a fax simile will be ultimately accepted but may help to speed up thingsGood luck and all the best on your home Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/37530-sa302-required-for-mortgage-any-advise-please/#findComment-688539 Share on other sites
verds
Call HMRC and they post it straight out. It's only a printout of the figures you give them with tax calculations - I got mine within 7 days, although they tell you it can take up to 14. And then get your broker to reassure the estate agent...
