Record player/turntable mender person!

Hi, please is there anyone who could take a look at my sons turntable?

We bought it from a guy on gumtree, it worked fine when we were at his apartment, when we set it up at home it will only play at 78rpm. Please can anyone help? My son saved for months to buy this and he's now so disheartened.

The turntable is a Gemini pt-2400 high - torque direct - drive professional turntable.
