car theft - burglary (Dulwich Village last week)

we live in Dulwich village. last week we had our car stolen. they kicked down our front door in the middle of the night, found the keys to our cars and then sped off. thankfully our alarm was on downstairs and they didn't have the opportunity to come upstairs. my children were terrified. they were wearing face masks and the police say it was a professional job - car stolen to order. apparently it has happened a lot in the area (not that I had any idea). apparently they are targeting high end cars - there have also been some car jackings too. they are after audis, minis (convertibles) and bmw's. so please be vigilent and report anything suspicious to the police. they are very keen to hear from people.
