Roman blind repair, broken headrail, can you help?

Can send a picture if required but looking for a curtain or blink maker that has experience in putting up blinds. The current headrail is not sturdy enough for the heavy roman blind and a chunk of plastic has broken, the string now won't pull the blind up ! A new headrail is required and the blind needs to be rehung.
