Has anyone tried reflexology or acupuncture to help bring on labour after their due date has passed? I'd be really interested in hearing any recommendations as my due date is just around the corner and this is something I'd like to try if nothing happens in mean time. Many thanks.
Ella Keepax at the Sunflower Centre in Brockley SE4. Sessions will be more effective if started before your due date. I had a session scheduled for 2 days after my due date but never needed it b/c antenatal sessions were so effective. Baby arrived just 1 day after my due date. X

I have been seeing Hilary throughout my pregnancy for body nourishing, relaxation, energy and helping me sleep. I'm due in 9 weeks and will make Hilary my first port of call if no sign of baby around my due date. Based in Dulwich.

    • A long overdue review for Niko who we have used a number of times over the years, sometimes to properly finish a job that other plumbers have not done properly. He thinks of everything! I only ever use another plumber if it's urgent and Niko is away. A really kind and thoughtful man and totally trustworthy
    • At the time of posting previously, we had no idea of the dates we would be having the children. The maths place - you pay for a course of lessons . The coding session would be good but you need to book well in advance. Also grandson has been doing coding since 6 years old. He now has a 'mentoring role' at his primary school as his knowledge of this subject is years above his chronological age. Dates are still up in the air as their father is trying to juggle leave from a new job in the north of the country.
    • why not have a pasty shop - we could have Cornish pasties, Jamaican patties, empanadas from all the different regions.... I like all three.  I'm still going to support the Chacarero family business, as I don't support chains, just as I don't buy anything from Gail's, Nero, Starbucks etc.
    • Thought it had been a fish and chip shop at one time?
