Are you up for the FitFun 300 Challenge? Put your fitness endurance to the test! 8 exercises, 300 reps, whole body workout, just YOU against the clock!


Here's how it works; select your fitness level below, go through the list of exercises in the order they appear, get someone to video you & record your time. Enter to win!

Closing date 9pm Friday 8th November 2013. Winner will be announced by end of Saturday 9th.

Intermediate Fitness Level:


1) Mountain Climbers x30 reps

2) Press ups x50 (3/4 press ups)

3) Squats x50 (hips parallel with the floor)

4) Tricep Dips x30

5) Split Stance Lunges x50 (25 each side)

6) Reverse Crunches x30

7) Toe reach Crunches x30

8) Back extentions x30


Advanced Fitness Level:


1) Burpees x30

2) Press ups x50

3) Jump Squats x50

4) Tricep Dips x30

5) Alternating Lunges x50

6) Reverse Crunches x30

7) Toe Reach Crunches x30

8) Back Extentions x30

    • Looks like Tesco Express might open on Friday at 10am according to their website.
    • Timely confirmation that Gala 2026 will be limited to one weekend is needed. The Gala website indicates the extension is still in the offing. GALA will return in 2026 on the following dates: Friday 22nd May Saturday 23rd May Sunday 24th May   In addition, the following event days are also planned to be hosted on the event site in 2026: Bank Holiday Monday 25th May – On the Rye Festival – a free to attend, community event Friday 29th May – Afrobeats Festival Saturday 30th May – Mahrajan Festival Sunday 31st May – Festival show or Concert show *subject to licence
    • The events section on here isn't that big! There are presently only 20 events on there for the whole of February! It's just taken me about ten seconds to scroll through to see what's on! Also, where did you sign up for this summary email? Is it definitely coming from this forum, as I can't see it mentioned anywhere?
    • I'm a bit confused. You posted less than half an hour ago (as I type) but at the bottom of your post on what seems to be a screenshot dated yesterday evening  it says you found it? If you haven't, can you not contact the charity shop directly in case they still have it?
