Is the London exodus inevitable?

Having lived the first half of my life in the heart of Town 3/4 miles from Trafalgar Square and the last(approximately) half right on the edge I think it is much simpler than that.I have just passed thru' South London on my way home from Kensington this very evening and find it "most":)) disquieting(even on a quiet Wednesday Night/Thursday Morning)seeing people,er,chilling on street corners with no apparent purpose(other than "chilling") at 3.00AM.obviously for Fri/Sat Mornings make that 5.30AM...:-S......think most families would rather feel that everyone is tucked up nice and snugly after a certain hour.....(tu)
