Skating in central London - from which skate/shoe sizes?

Wondering if my nearly 4 year old would be ok on one of those lovely ice rinks - she would love it but not if the skate didn't fit properly. Has anyone got experience with this or found out more about this? She has shoe size 8. I have tried to contact a few museums but they don't seem to know and cannot connect me with skate rink manager... pfff

In previous years we've gone to the Natural History Museum. They have small skates and a rink for smaller children.
