Just wanted to recommend the following from our recent kitchen/bathroom renovations

www.marmaladebadger.com we really liked Matt and his team, they were considerate to our home and he came up with a bunch of good ideas we hadn't considered, most importantly we are very happy with the end result.

www.bromleyellis.com - if you are sick of the classic 'kitchen designer' then go see Steve, he is totally down to earth, utterly practical and also local (Herne Hill).

www.ukbifold.co.uk - I did a LOT of reseach and was very pleased with this company all the way through the process, and pleased with the doors which were competetively priced.

I have no affiliation with these three, other than very pleased with a job well done and would use them all again, I have posted this on various local forums.

  There is a notice on the window. Work to create the Tesco metro started 3rd December. Contract time 66 days. A worker was removing the flyposted posters when I passed by. It's a complete shell inside at the moment.

  Greg (+44 7955 656941) has been our go-to plumber for the past couple of years – and the one we always recommend to local friends. He’s been with us this week fixing an upstairs heating issue, and it reminded me it was about time I shared a recommendation here. From smaller jobs (like thermostat replacements) to more complex problems - he's consistently great: clear, direct, highly knowledgable, responsive, and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

  I was in lordship lane East dulwich this afternoon and witnessed two phone thefts with a man on a ebike he was so quick pls don't use your phone on this area pls tell everyone

  Motorola used to have a thing where you just laid the new phone over the old one to move everything over. Not any more, sadly. I'm getting a Samsung next time I think. I'm disillusioned with Moto (for other reasons).
