Best swim time at Leisure Centre for 3 year old?

Hello

Has anyone been to either the Rafts and Rascals session and/or the Parent & Toddler session at East Dulwich leisure centre?

I'd like to take my 3 year old to the leisure centre next week. She has some experience of swimming and splashing and whereas I don't envisage a formal lesson (I'd rather it be fun), neither do I want her trampled on by older kids.
