Reference for a consumer rights lawyer

Hello, just a quick question: can anyone recommend a good lawyer specializing in consumer rights? We have a dispute with one of the local nursery schools who try to charge us for not giving them 6 months notice prior to commencement (we gave them 4 months notice); for a place we had never actually accepted!   I agree. Midnight I can understand when it's celebrating the start of a new year (under whatever system) but not otherwise. Though re the wildlife, it's going to affect them whatever time it is, I don't suppose they know it's gone 11pm!

  Yes I get your gist, but maybe you could just name a few of the very many you mention? I'm not sure why you find it very concerning that somebody would leave Labour for the Greens? So have many people, including me.
