Wanted- structural advice on a potential property purchase - this Saturday

Dear all,

We have recently pulled out of purchasing a house as the structural survey came back with lots of issues including subsidence. It was a very hard decision as we had already spent quite a lot of money on survey and legal frees etc.

We are now going to view another house on this Saturday and we know the house next door has a subsidence issue. Before instructing another survey, we would love somone to come and view the house with us just to give a quick overview.

I know it is a very short notice but would you pleSe recommend someone who could so this or please pm me if you would Be able to help us on this.

Thank you - it is very upsetting but hopefully we made the right decision.

It works out for the best in the end, even if the fees have cost you so far, it may have been worse! I know that's hard to hear!
