We have 40 tickets left for the 1.30-3.00pm session for The Little Disco on December 14th at the Crown & Greyhound pub in Dulwich. Great for the slightly older kids (who don't have siblings who nap either...) Our 3.30 - 5pm session is sold out and the waiting list is closed unfortunately.

What is it?

The Little Disco Company brings you a cool day time disco for parents and their under 7s. This time with a very festive christmassy theme to it! A fun and entertaining alternative to the local ballet / music / football classes and one which you can enjoy together as a family.

Go crazy swirling and twirling your little ones around the dance floor and show them how you get down to the latest pop tunes and those retro disco classics that you love to dance to (go on, admit it!)

If you're a bit rusty and need a warm up before you really show the kids how it?s done then the licensed bar will provide you with a little help. Have a drink and socialise with the other big kids while you watch the little kids go crazy on the dance floor from a safe distance. It has also proven to be a great meet up place for small groups of friends.

As well as a DJ playing dance floor fillers and kids favourites there will be other boredom busting activities such as face painting, balloons, bubbles, games and competitions and prizes, as well as child friendly drinks and snacks to complete this fun packed afternoon.

Tickets are ?4 per adult and ?6 per child in advance, more on the door (under 1s come in for free).

THE DETAILS:

When? Saturday 14th December 2013,

Session 1 is 1.30-3pm

Session 2 is 3.30pm - 5pm (SOLD OUT)

Where?

Upstairs at the Crown and Greyhound aka 'the Dog' in Dulwich Village

How do I get tickets?

All you need to do is email us at [email protected] to reserve your tickets and get your names on the guest list.

How old do my kids need to be to fully enjoy it?

If they like (slightly loud) music and enjoy dancing at home, they will most likely enjoy a little disco event. Kids from 5-8 years of age have really shown us some great moves and have even put in some song requests! The 2-5 year olds LOVE dancing with the organisers and following our simple movements. Fun for all ages (OK, teenagers maybe not)!

Can we dress up?

You and your little ons can come in anything you fancy - just make sure it's comfortable.

You can 'like' our Facebook page to keep up to date with forthcoming news and events: www.facebook.com/thelittlediscocompany

20 tickets left - don't leave it until the last minute....

And if you think it may be a bit too busy before Xmas, why not send mum or dad with kids so you can get your xmas shopping done in peace.

See you on the dancefloor!

    • Thanks penguin  always wondered about that place and that’s way more info than I ever thought I would get  (used to live above a gun nut on friern road - he would tell me nothing)
    • There was a Saturday afternoon crowd of enthusiasts, and at other times the owner might have been off acquiring stock. He also repaired air guns, which he also sold. He stocked edged weapons, uniforms, including antique uniforms, air guns and ammo and starting pistols and shot. Some medals and other militaria. Quite a lot of ex service chit chat on a Saturday. I had an amateur interest, didn't deal a lot, in English pattern swords and other mainly 19th century militaria. And made some good purchases there. I'm afraid WWII and later events was the major focus of most of the regulars.
    • Did anyone actually venture in to that place? I recall it always being closed/very uninviting!
    • Perry Bamonte from The Cure.. Just 65 years old.
