Recommendation for Aardvark Chimney Sweeps

I don't normally do recommendations but had the guys from Aardvark Sweeps around yesterday to sweep two chimneys that hadn't been done for a good few years. They sorted these out absolutely immaculately, no mess etc and also fixed the ropes on my wood burner door at no extra cost. Their details are on the forum already but to save you searching 07523 938035. Just to say that after all the talk about non local businesses being recommended, these guys are local and came at quick notice.

  Why are they missing deadlines ie not completing repairs or refurbishing council properties? Or are council not held to account and Freddy contractors rubbing their hands in glee….. prob no clause ie c penalising them for not completing on time. Not difficult to refurbished a property no matter what the budget is so what is the problem?
