Pauline at Kuki on Bellenden Road. If you do a search for Kuki on here they get loads of positive reviews. And reasonable prices too.

Kuki, they are brilliant. I mainly have my hair done by Shingo, but Pauline and Gemma are both excellent. The best hairdressers I've ever been to.

Unfortunately they are fully booked on the days my toddler is in childcare - any other suggestions?

I had a horrible expereince with Gemma. Unprofessioanl and rude rude rude. STAY WAY. She is also fat and ugly. She doesn't know what she is doing and ruined my hair!!!!!

Or try Marco at Studio Salon Education, 0208 670 6825, also in West Norwood. I often go to Kuki hair and he worked there for a few months while setting up his own salon, he used to be a Vidal Sasson trainer and really is a fantastic hairdresser and cheap for the quality of the cut. They're on holiday til next Monday I think, but seem to have quite a few appointments available so I'm sure they could fit you in around childcare. http://studiosaloneducation.com

The new one on Northcross Road does 'toddler Tuesdays' or something like that when tots are welcome and they have a huge playmat.

Hi everyone, thanks for responding. In the end I got a mobile hairdresser who was recommended on another thread. Brilliant, got my highlights and cut done in the comfort of my own home and no worries about lugging a baby around. Absolute bargain too! Her name is Carly and is mentioned on lots of threads on EDF. Next time husband and toddler are also going to haircuts whilst my colour is on.
