Home Office Work Sponsorship number

I have to register the company I work for to get a sponsorship number for an IT worker from India. I have looked at Home Office website and I think it would be easier to employ a company to do this for me. Anyone got any recommendations on who to use and costs?

If you're talking about incorporation (becoming a limited company) then there are many sites you can use to do this on the internet. I used a company called Fast Formations and I think it cost me about ?50 all-in. They provide template documents for you and you amend them as appropriate.

If you're not sure what legal status you need, it's probably best to consult a legal representative first as it's not straight forward.

Sorry I must have confused you. I need legal help to get a Sponsorship Number from the Home Office so we can hire a worker who has an Indian passport
