Big Fish Little Fish is delighted to announce the launch of the new, weekday Minnow Club for parents and children in Brixton. Taking the ethos of the BFLF family raves - social, quirky fun for adults and children - to create a family morning cafe. The Minnow Club combines cafe facilities with entertainment for little ones to give old and young a place to relax, socialise and have fun. Managed by Captain Cookie.

Mums and Dads come and enjoy good music, coffee and food while your under fives let their creative imaginations run free, with crafty activities and baby play area, pop-up tents, inflatables and rugs.

The launch is at The Prince of Wales pub, 469 Brixton Road, Brixton (on the corner of Coldharbour Lane) 10am-noon Thursday 12th December and then every Thursday 10am-noon from 9th January, entry ?5 per family.

There will be special coffee & pastry offer of ?2 and an early Minnow Club lunch menu for a fiver!

We hope to see you there. ?1 off entry with the attached flyer for 12th December event.

Let the good times roll (and crawl and toddle)!

    • Would this not be a complaint better aimed at the council? Isn't it an anti social behaviour issue?  I think of myself as pretty live-and-let-live and feel like a miserable cow for saying this, but I do think I might complain. Personally I love the sound of fireworks but our dog is under the table, shaking like a leaf night after night and collapses in the street when he hears the noise.  I'm worried his heart'll give out.
    • The lower / no bang noise fireworks sound great.    Is there anywhere local selling those?
    • This petition to reduce the noise of fireworks is currently going through Parliament https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/738192
    • Have you complained to the solicitor directly and did they respond within the 8 weeks they have under their code of conduct - I presume they have and this is why you have escalated further to the SRA? If he doesn't respond in a timely fashion per the SRA code of conduct then I am sure they will need to take action.
