fatbay1972 is Wayne who's pretending to be someone to get himself business, tut tut, at least his number's there and Trading Standards can give him a ring. Although they'll probably watch him covertly at first to make sure he's legit, you know, make sure his receipts are present and correct before approaching him.

Hi, I have never had a problem with wayne - not sure where this has come from. This is a bit rude to be honest, I have had wayne as a window cleaner for years and he is very reliable and as I am aware he has a lot of clients. I think this post should be removed.
