Dear expectant mums and dads,

Congratulations on your pregnancies and I hope you?re enjoying the run up to Christmas ? what a good excuse to eat mince pies and watch terrible Christmas films.

For anyone interested, I?m a hypnobirthing teacher, member of the Hypnobirthing Association and life coach for new mums based in Peckham/Nunhead.

Hypnobirthing helps your mind and body work together to create the best possible birth you can have. I teach the Katherine Graves version of hypnobirthing which has been designed specifically to meet the needs of UK mums and dads.

I am currently signing up couples for classes in January onwards. For info about the course I teach please visit my website: www.hypnobirthingandbeyond.com or to get in touch directly please email me at [email protected].

Whether it?s your first, second or fifth baby, hypnobirthing really will make a positive difference to your pregnancy and the birth of your baby.

All the very best,

Zoe

    • While enjoying the nostalgia and memories, finding the implication that no such thing exists now a bit odd - we get ours through Milk and More (is part of big co, so there is that against it) - returnable glass bottles of milk, orange juice, yoghurt, and much more besides (as per the name). And yes it comes in the middle of the night in an electric vehicle.
    • This sounds like what goes on at Tessa Jowell GP surgery as well as others.   If you can flag yourself up as a ‘vulnerable’ patient or one that can’t use Apps for whatever reason etc then you can usually make appts by phone. They would have to make allowances. Quote the Equality Act 2010,  reasonable adjustments section.
    • Its part of a change all Doctor surgery's are undergoing.  The goverment want to stop the 8am scramble for an appointment, and its not just restricted to the Gardens. Sadly, it does impact some who are not digitally savy.
    • There was quite an old clip on BBC4 recently where they were introducing yoghurt to the British public. They called it a 'Balkan Dairy Preparation', which sounded to me more like something you'd ask to speak to the male member of staff about in the chemist in those days.
