last minute turkeys/goose/steaks/salmon

Hi All,

I am off the Smithfield and billingsgate Monday and Tuesday.

I can still buy small bronze turkeys 3-4kg ?10/kg. white turkeys ?8.50. Gammon smoked/unsmoked ?9/kg.

Goose has dropped in price about ?60/kg for 6kg. I can also buy goose breasts. wholeduck ?12 each or Capons ?9/kg

Lovely Hereford fore rib ?24/kg - Standard Fore rib ?20kg... fillet steak ?32/kg. ribeye ?19/kg

dressed crab ?6 each, live crab ?10/kg/Scottish lobster ?35/kg.. king prawn ?18/kg

Smoked salmon 400g ?12... lots of other , turbot, great whole salmon side ?20/kg..
