Any tips to help avoid this creature (partial) being wasted would be appreciated. I've tried the web but everything seems complicated. Anything easy? Thanks. Siduhe Posted December 24, 2013 Share Posted December 24, 2013 Does it need to be a Christmassy recipe? I've roasted turkey thighs before and they were lovely. Bit of butter on and under the skin and roast in a 180C degree oven.
