Wattle fencing

Has anyone had hazel or willow wattle fencing constructed in their garden? I was hoping to find someone who would do it in situ rather than buy panels. Thanks.

  There is a notice on the window. Work to create the Tesco metro started 3rd December. Contract time 66 days. A worker was removing the flyposted posters when I passed by. It's a complete shell inside at the moment.
