coffee bar seeks retail location

I have a stylish vintage coffee bar. I'm looking for a small space or a space to share with a suitable stylish business. Either for strictly takeaway of a small seating area. I'm a sole trader and have been operating similar coffee bars for years. I also have a self contained kiosk that is lockable for avalible outside spaces. All I need is a few square metres and access to the public (footfall). Electricity and Water is helpful too.

I require an A1 premise, outdoor seating and sunlight are good factors too.
