Builder/ decorator reccomendation?

Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations of a builder type person? I have the following things that need looking at:

- Repainting entire exterior of house, front and back (I'm going to need scaffolding I think)

- Some external render repairs (I have a patch of damp I think is caused by exterior cracks)

- Parapet wall (roof) render needs reparing

I've come across recommendations for Berdec decorators for the exterior painting but does anyone have any suggestions in relation to the damp and render repairs?

Any hints really helpful.

Thanks!

I would highly recommend Paul of tj builders. I had some serious damage to my roof after the storms and he was very reliable and reasonably priced. The work he did was good and he came out first thing on Boxing Day when no one else was prepared to. Contact him on 07948796821 or www.tjbuildershernehill.co.uk.

Good luck.

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
