This guy is a breath of fresh air. An honest helpful man with no need to use the chin rub and "oooh its a big job, gonna cost" . He came in to my ailing washing machine. He made do and mended, being honest that a bit of solder was better than a new part as this would be as much as a new machine. No false promises on how long it will last but the good prospect of getting the new years eve threads washed and dried in good time ! No parts required so refused to take any extra money over the standard call out fee. Who does that in this day and age ?! Couldn't be more impressed.
