reeko
I own one flat of three in a victorian converted house. Last year at great trouble and expense I purchased the freehold to the building along with the owner of the basement flat. The owner of the middle flat is a leaseholder with a very short lease (less than 60 years). She has been dragging her feet over extending the lease.Anyways myself and the other freeholder need to set up a leasehold agreement or some such to sort out things like insurance and maintenance. Can anyone recommend a good, honest conveyancing solicitor. My experience of them to date has been universally poor. If anyone has been through this and has any advice, I would greatly welcome it.
