Make 2014 your year for health and wellbeing taking time out of your busy life and join me on Wednesday mornings for power hour.

If your fed up with large classes of yogi's all in a row, come and have a personal experience in small led classes 7am - 8am Wednesday mornings at Gaia Studio on Maxted Road.

Drop-in ?12 or a block of 6 for ?60. Please email me to reserve a mat.

Emma's 'Power Hour' is a dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, designed to build strength & flexibility while keeping students on the move. This challenging class will create heat and energy within your body through a series of flowing postures for an intense body-mind workout. Be prepared to sweat!

  Maybe if I write to the council to suggest a better PLO presence and show them this photo, they'll take me seriously (this was from the first incident and there were about ten other kids down on the ground next to the cafe). Perhaps the police and SNT have been in touch with the council already. But not long after one of these guys lobbed a bottle off the roof, a four year old child went past on a bicycle.

  I agree, the people in the park office seem to be invisible. Quite why we need a park office I am not sure. Perhaps it is to do with all the maintenance and upkeep for which there will be organisation and admin. It may be expensive but I do think funding some sort of regular park safety oversight should be a priority. Southwark to want young people to use the park, as do we all, but there probably does need to be some sort of supervision for everyone's sake.
