What is or you you suggest to be the going rate for 1 hour rent of a workshop /dance studio 500sqf on lordship lane

This space is big enough for child's football classes and dance classes up to 30 children or adults just been decorated and a full mirror wall with ballet bar

Although I would charge per hour I will allow 15min either side for set up ad pack away
