Burglar Alarm Installs

Hello,

Can anyone advise a company that you can purchase, and who installs burglar alarms, from without the monthly maintenance fee.

I know you can also buy them yourself to install, but if I went for this option I would need some help with this as I don't think I could do it on my own.
