A new year, a new start and a brilliant time to start a new training regime. After an amazing 2013 for Scala Personal Training, with our client books bursting at the seams, we are very excited to move forward into 2014 with our brilliant new trainer Oliver on board.

Oliver will be concentrating on the 'al fresco' side of Scala Personal Training as well as training clients in their own homes. He's getting booked up fast though so don't hang about. Outdoor training with Oliver is fun and invigorating and gets results. Oliver is happy to train couples or small groups of friends so if you need that extra motivation to get started then consider booking together. Regardless of group size, as always, you will of course be offered a free consultation with us.
