Hi everyone

This forum has been really helpful as I am in the process of moving to Dulwich from West London and am looking for a 3 bed property (house pref) to rent and also a good Nursery for my 18mo. I am seeing a property tomorrow close to East Dulwich station then visiting the Nursery on Dog Kennel Hill (love that name!). Although they dont offer half days which I need...

Now in my professional life I work in HR for the Estate Agency, Hamptons International and I thought I could also let everyone know that we are presently looking for someone from the local area to head up our local Lettings office. This doesn't need to be a full time role, 3 or 4 days a week could work too. We appreciate that this may appeal to someone with a family and can offer a degree of flexibility regarding hours too. If you have a lettings background - even if it was a few years ago - and wish to find out more about this Lettings Manager vacancy, please feel free to email me [email protected] and I'll be happy to give you a call next week.

Thanks and if you know of any lovely 3 bed properties and/or can recommend great nurseries in the area I'd be so grateful.

Debbie

In years to come, we might found out who - or which countries - has an interest in testing what happens when you post socially disruptive content online about fake events... In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal. Annoying as it must have been to be distracted from other important duties, I really value and appreciate them looking out for the kids. https://uk.news.yahoo.com/school-wars-trend-red-blue-london-police-latest-142328025.html https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2026/jan/01/birmingham-new-year-fireworks-display-centenary-square-police
