altessefitness
If Monday's statistics are anything to go by- half the British population will be obese by 2050? Today the BBC said up to 2 million could benefit from Bariatric surgery. So with whom does the burden of responsibility lie with this ?crisis?? uncleglen
I loathe the fact that low fat foods and so-called healthy options contain glucose fructose syrup and other demon additives which actually screw up your blood sugar and do not sustain you through until mealtimes. People are being hoodwinked left right and centre by the entire diet industry and it is criminal.
