Life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes we?re fine, sometimes we?re not, and sometimes we could do with talking to someone impartial outside of friends and family.

Well as a counsellor, that?s what I?m here for. Whatever the issue, I will take the time to listen and to work with you, so you are more able to truly express the person you are and live the life you want.

BACP registered, I provide long and short-term therapy for individuals in a safe, confidential environment. With sessions designed to meet individual needs and expectations, while also working towards the integration of mind, body and spirit.

So if you?d like to book a counselling session with me or to find out more:

    • At the time of posting previously, we had no idea of the dates we would be having the children. The maths place - you pay for a course of lessons . The coding session would be good but you need to book well in advance. Also grandson has been doing coding since 6 years old. He now has a 'mentoring role' at his primary school as his knowledge of this subject is years above his chronological age. Dates are still up in the air as their father is trying to juggle leave from a new job in the north of the country.
    • why not have a pasty shop - we could have Cornish pasties, Jamaican patties, empanadas from all the different regions.... I like all three.  I'm still going to support the Chacarero family business, as I don't support chains, just as I don't buy anything from Gail's, Nero, Starbucks etc.
    • Thought it had been a fish and chip shop at one time?
    • Try Gentrification, those with more money than sense who constantly want something different, when pie and mash isn't good enough for them.  "Argentinian Cornish pasties" give3 me a proper Cornish pastie any day of the week, at least I'd be supporting something traditionally British.   ps. tin hat at the ready........................🤣
