Just buy a bottle of 'economy' bleach (it's diluted enough)rub out the mold with a sponge and hey you don't need a specialist painter.

Why should a tenant do it? Surely that's why they pay rent. If there is a issue with mold then that's the landlords responsibility , which this lady is clearly dealing with appropriately

How on earth would you know about this particular persons situation. Clearly you have your own landlord / tenant issues .... vent away lol .
