Professional Personal Trainer REPs Level 3 Qualified

Based in Dulwich and surrounding South East/West London areas

First and foremost: I love helping people to achieve results. An active lifestyle is a way of life for me from a very young age, I love keeping fit, swimming, dancing,

practicing martial arts and challenging myself. However, things have not always been this way. I have struggled in the past with weight problems and motivation to

stick to healthy habits and exercising. So I can relate, empathize and fully understand the struggle that losing weight can be specially when you're trying to do it all on your own. I believe being a personal trainer gives me the opportunity to show, help and motivate people, who, like me, have struggled or are struggling

to keep fit.

What I have learned is that life is 100% better now than it was then. Now that I am fit, I am happy as a result. And this happiness comes from having a healthy state

of mind. This I want to share with you - regardless of your current fitness level, exercise history, age, or however busy your lifestyle may be. I am certain that the

moment you decide to make a commitment to fitness, you will be happier and posses a more powerful unity between mind and body.

My approach to health is friendly and fun, I am fully committed to using my knowledge, skills, past and present experiences to help you reach your goals. In a

motivating, passionate and reliable manner I conduct sessions from a variety or exercise disciplines to work towards weight loss, improve tone, greater flexibility,

and improved general health and fitness. I am offering exclusive one to one training (or small groups, up to 3 people) for clients who are looking for high quality,

private and flexible service and want to train in the privacy of a personal training studio (located in East Dulwich), their own home or outdoors.

I always deliver 1st class service by ensuring every client receives effective and efficient workout plans plus nutritional advice which support physical activity

patterns.

If you would like to book a personal training session or have any further enquiries please be in touch. 1st consultation/trial session is FREE OF CHARGE.

Thank you for taking time to read my advert, hope to hear from you.

Kindest regards,

Marina

    • CPR Dave, attendance records are available on Southwark's website. Maggie Browning has attended 100% of meetings. Jon Hartley has attended 65%.
    • I do hope NOT, wouldn't trust Farage as far as I could throw him, Starmer & co.  He's backed by GB News which focus's predominantly on immigration while the BBC focus predominantly on the Israel - Gazza conflict.
    • Everyone gets the point that Corbynites try to make with the "total number of votes cast" statistic, it's just a specious one.  In 2017, Corbyn's Labour got fewer votes than May's Tories (both the percentage of votes and aggregate number of votes). In 2019, Corbyn's Labour fewer votes than Johnson's Tories (both the percentage of votes and aggregate number of votes); and he managed to drop 2.7 million votes or 6.9% of vote share between the two elections. I repeat, he got trounced by Boris F***ing Johnson and the Tories after the Brexit omnishambles. It is not true that a "fairer" electoral system would have seen Labour beat the Tories: Labour simply got fewer votes than the Tories. Corbyn lost twice. There is no metric by which he won the general election. His failure to win was a disaster for the UK, and let Johnson and Truss and Sunak into office. Corbynites have to let go of this delusion that Corbyn but really won somehow if you squint in a certain way. It is completely irrelevant that Labour under Corbyn got more votes than Labour under Starmer. It is like saying Hull City was more successful in its 2014 FA Cup Final than Chelsea was in its 2018 FA Cup Final, because Hull scored 2 goals when Chelsea only scored 1. But guess what - Chelsea won its game and Hull City lost. Corbyn's fans turned out to vote for him - but an even larger group of people who found him repellant were motivated enough to show up and vote Tory.
