Just to let you know that our car was broken into last night on Tyrrell Road. They drilled the lock and looks like they used a cork to keep the noise down. They didn't take anything, noting was left in the car overnight. Thought I would let you know,so you all can be aware in the area. It was left at 17:30 and we noticed it at 11am this morning. Be aware! No glass broken or damage other than the lock.
The same thing happened to my daughter's car on Friday evening -it was parked on Whateley Road near the junction with Crystal Palace Road between 5pm and 11pm. Nothing was taken, as nothing of value was left in the car but the glove compartment was left hanging open, and also the drilling of the lock had caused the windows to wind themselves down. The car is nothing special - and nothing about it suggests that anything of value would be in it. We reported it to the police via 101.

    • Another recommendation for Niko. Great communication, top guy, and super reliable and skilled - all at a fair price. Takes a lot of care in what he does and talks you through everything.
    • Some foxes are very tame. The foxes that live near the electricity sub-station thing on the corner of Calton and Woodwarde will happily walk up to you/passed you. They are some of the best looking foxes around so clearly being well-fed - glorious coats and bushy tails but interested in humans and keen to engage/be fed rather than being scared.
