Architects familiar in dealing with Dulwich Estates?

Hello -

Can anyone recommend any architects that are familiar in dealing with Dulwich Estates?

I'm also interested in such architects who are ok to supply just plans for a potential build and not necessarily project manage the build.

If such architects are also familiar with the local 1960s Wates townhouses that would be a great bonus as well.
