Workshop Space Required - Short Term

Hello Everyone.

We are a small event design company in East Dulwich. We have an event coming up in March and we are trying to find a local workshop space to rent for a week or two where we can paint some props. Ideally we are looking at a week from either the 24th February or 3rd March and a minimum area of approximately 30 square meters (320 square feet) with simple facilities. Does anyone have or know of anywhere we can rent?
