Recommended massage ?

If you're in need of a massage then I recommend Steve at Thai Vedic. l was lucky enough to have an hour long back massage as I had been suffering with pain before + after giving birth. This was the first time I was away from my baby but Steve put me at ease and worked his magic. l left feeling revitalised and soothed, it was worth every penny!!. The room was heated to the perfect temperature and the warm Coconut oil was heavenly.

I also highly recommend Stephen.

Having been off work all week with a very painful lower back issue, I visited Stephen after finding his name on the EDF.

The two deep tissue massages he gave me on Thursday and Friday were amazing.

He completely fixed the right side and gave me 80% relief on the left.

I can honestly say he has been the most effective masseur I have ever visited.

And there have been a few...

Thanks Stephen. Back to work on Monday.

    • I haven't had a rude EVRI delivery but last week I had an unexpected delivery at 10.42 pm. He didn't ring the bell or knock on the door (or rattle the letter flap) but just took a photo and put the box down.  If it hadnt been for the door camera giving us a beep we would never have known there was a parcel ready to sit there all night.
    • Sorry if I’m being slow but there’s no point in having a gate then is there?  Would have thought it was basic manners to respect someone’s property

    • I have a rescue Spanish greyhound (galgo) from the charity mentioned above. You can contact Greyhounds in Need or one of the more local Kent greyhound rescue charities. They are fantastic family dogs. They do love walkies 2 or 3 times a day but they actually don't need to be walked too far and then they will happily loaf around on the sofa being very chill. They are brilliant with kids but not recommended if you own a cat as they have a strong prey drive. They also should be kept on the lead in local parks. They prefer to be around other sight-hounds (well my one does) and there are loads of local sighthound owners in Peckham, Crystal Palace etc and a very lively WhatsApp group that is brilliant if you need dog sitting as you can usually find someone to do that for free in return for you looking after the dog at a later date etc.
