Can you recommend a solicitor to make a will?

How complicated are your finances and what assets do you own, etc?


You can make a will without obtaining any legal advice - see link below for some general information. The will does have to be witnessed by two people - those two people are not allowed to be left anything in the will.


If you wanted to pay a solicitor, I probably would not want to pay much more than ?100.

    • Why are they missing deadlines ie not completing repairs or refurbishing council properties? Or are council not held to account and Freddy contractors rubbing their hands in glee….. prob no clause ie c penalising them for not completing on time. Not difficult to refurbished a property no matter what the budget is so what is the problem?
