Experienced and strong Sous Chef or Junior Head Chef wanted for Canvas & Cream a busy all day dining restaurant in Forest Hill serving modern British and European cuisine.

This position would suit a strong sous chef or junior head chef keen to learn, take responsibility and build His/her career.

You need to be available to start full time work immediately.

You will work along side our kitchen manager and executive head chef and also be responsible for assistant chef's, KP's, the menu (with guidance) and the running of the kitchen.

Experience in running a kitchen including all kitchen finances, menu planning and all current H&S regulations required.

At the interview you will be required to bring with you, your CV and any examples of your creativity in cooking, with recipes, pictures, menus and so on.
