muffins78 Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 Sorry, am confused :) Did you take the payout and pre written reference from your previous employer, or did you not? I've taken redundancy and agreed reference, but my previous employer will provide a complete reference requests if required from future employers - references don't tend to give any information these days except dates of employment, job title etc., just basic information.
